The Application Process
The process has two steps:
Step One
Application process
Applications will be accepted from May 24th 2011. The closing date for applications is 12 noon July 5th 2011. Applicants must submit an application form, agree to the terms and conditions of the LINC and declare that all information submitted is correct and true. Applications should be submitted via the online form on the competition website.
Shortlisting Process
All applications will be reviewed by the LINC panel where the panel will decide which applicants will proceed to step two
All those that have been shortlisted to step two will be informed on July 12th 2011.
Step Two
Those who have been shortlisted will be invited to present to the judging panel on July 28th 2011. The presentation should be no longer than 15 minutes. This presentation will be followed by a 35 minute question and answer session. Those shortlisted must be available and willing to present to the panel at their allocated time on July 28th 2011.
Each shortlisted candidate will be required to submit a presentation using the provided template by July 25th at 12 noon to thelinc@itb.ie.
The PanelThe panel will consist of the following people:

- Lucia O’Riordan, AIB Bank
- Emer Jameson, Entrepreneur
- John Kennedy, Silicon Republic
- Assumpta Harvey, The LINC Manager
- Oisin Geoghegan, CEO Fingal County Enterprise Board
The winner of the award will be announced following the presentation at a reception that evening.
